Foundation Funded Research Underway at WPI

      Professor Rangwala and his students at WPI have reported results from their research to understand the frequency and spatial dependence of Cross Correlation Velocimeter (CCV) towards measurement of fire induced flows.  This research is supported in part by donations from SFPE members to the Educational and Scientific Foundation Student Grant Program.  A poster summarizing results was presented at the recent International Association of Fire Safety Science (IAFSS) symposium in Karlsruhe, Germany [download poster (1.4 MB pdf)].
