Society of Fire Protection Engineers Release Results of Annual Public Opinion Poll

To better understand how humans perceive the dangers from fire, each year the Society of Fire Protection Engineers (SFPE) performs a public opinion poll. This year’s survey revealed building security topped a list of characteristics as Americans’ most important feature in public buildings. The SFPE survey also revealed that over 58 percent of those surveyed worry about the dangers of fire less than once a year. To find out more about this survey go to:
