The Sarah B. Bryan Memorial Scholarship provides at least one annual scholarship award of at least $5,000 for female undergraduate students in the Department of Fire Protection Engineering at the University of Maryland.
Each applicant must:
- Be a female undergraduate with sophomore, junior, or senior academic standing in the
Department of Fire Protection Engineering - Have a cumulative grade point average of at least 2.5 grade points upon submitting her application
- Have a letter of recommendation from a faculty member in the Department of Fire Protection Engineering
- Have relevant fire protection experience
