SFPE President-Elect Jim Milke, P.E., F.S.F.P.E, was featured in an article in the University of Maryland’s Student Newspaper (Diamondback). In this article Milke discusses the collapse of Manhattan’s World Trade Center Towers that occurred on September 11, 2001.
